Indo-Italian home elevators built for family homes — from the octagonal, 360° panoramic BE-360 to the grooved-belt BE-300 and compact lifts for existing houses. Six layers of safety, designer cabins and minimal building work.
Home elevators that run on household single-phase power.
Six layers of safety
Three automatic responses, two manual responses and BRIO Secure Lift SOS.
A real home elevator — designed for the way families live
Lifts in malls and offices have operators, guards and safety notices. A home has none of that — children, elderly parents and pets use the lift on their own. BRIO designs its home elevators for exactly that situation, following the European home-lift approach (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EN 81-41).
BRIO home elevators need very little building work: a shallow pit of up to 300 mm, floor-to-ceiling headroom of about 3,000 mm and single-phase power. More than 3,000 cabin configurations let the lift match your interiors.

About BRIO
An Indo-Italian elevator brand, built for homes.
BRIO Elevators grew out of a group with more than 25 years in real estate — so it starts from how homes are designed and lived in. It began as an in-house solution for its own projects and has become a home-elevator brand in its own right, combining European engineering and safety practice with design made for Indian homes.
Its home lifts follow the European Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) approach to home-lift safety and carry CE marking. The corporate office is in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, with offices in Bengaluru and Chennai and experience centres across India.

To enrich lives globally through seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and elegant design.

The technology, simply explained
Why a BRIO ride feels so smooth
Two pieces of engineering sit behind the BE-300: a grooved belt that grips instead of slipping, and the CantiGlide™ suspension that keeps the cabin level.
01 · Drive
Grooved belt & grooved pulley
Belt drives are smoother, quieter and cleaner than chains — but a flat belt can slip. BRIO uses a grooved belt running on a grooved pulley, so the two lock together much like gears.
✓No slipping
✓Stable, smooth ride
✓Whisper-quiet operation
✓Longer life, lower maintenance
02 · Suspension
CantiGlide™ suspension
Cantilever home lifts need no pit or machine room because the cabin rides on a guide rail on one side. The catch: when the load shifts away from the rail, the cabin can wobble. BRIO’s patented CantiGlide™ adds a cross beam and grooved belt on the opposite side, so the cabin is supported on both sides.
✓Less wobble and vibration
✓Larger cabins in compact shafts
✓Speeds up to 1 m/s
✓No pit or machine room
Six layers of safety
If the power ever cuts out, there is always a next step.
Many lifts rely on a single rescue battery. BRIO home elevators add three automatic responses, two manual responses and BRIO Secure, an intelligent SOS — each one stepping in if the one before it cannot.
01
Primary Automatic Rescue Device
If the power fails mid-journey, it brings the lift to the nearest floor.

For most houses and villas, the BE-300 belt drive or the value-focused BE-200 rope drive; BRIO also offers the BE-100 hydraulic. For a glass showpiece, the BE-360. For apartments up to G+10, the BE-1000 MRL.
How much building work is needed?+
BRIO home elevators are designed for a shallow pit (up to 300 mm) and about 3,000 mm of headroom; the BE-360 needs a minimum headroom of 2,800 mm. We confirm the exact requirements for your site.
What happens in a power cut?+
Three automatic responses (two rescue devices and a dual-battery UPS) bring the lift to the nearest floor. If those fail, a manual key and pull lever let anyone at home help, and BRIO Secure Lift SOS calls five preset contacts.
What do you need from me?+
The number of floors, the space available for the lift and a photo or drawing of the location. We arrange BRIO’s site survey and quotation.
